Classes are self-contained with some grouping across grade lines, in math
and reading. Primary level students will be grouped by reading level within
their own class. Intermediate level students change classes in some
subjects.
Bible
Bible study is recognized here as of fundamental importance and is a
required subject. It augments the study of English, history, geography, and
science. Without knowledge of Biblical truth, a student cannot be considered
educated. The Bible gives direction for this life and the only hope for the
life to come. No other book can so enrich the minds and hearts of men as
"The Book of Books". Each student of Temple Christian School is required to
have a King James Version of the Holy Bible for them to study at home. A KJV
Bible will be provided in their Bible class.
Knowledge of the Bible is one of the greatest educational assets anyone can
have in addition to the moral and spiritual values resulting from the study.
Character development is the most important work of a school. No other
course offered in the school affords greater opportunities for laying the
foundation for Christian character.
The student body attends chapel serves on Wednesdays. Chapel speakers
include great preachers from all over America who challenge and inspire
students to practice the truths of God’s Word.
